I seem to have noticed a rather recent use of this apparently humorous reply, namely "This would never happen in the horsing business". Being French and all, and not living in the US of A, the core of the joke (despite glimpsing the potential facetious potential) is sort of lost on me.

It was from a story where some guy went to a gamestop and was complaining about something and this random old lady said "this would never happen in the horsing business". I don't remember the details nor if the story is even true or not. But it became a meme
