For the trilogy overall, I've seen them about 35 times. The third Matrix film has so many problems, it would take quite a while to list them. The Godfather, Part III was great, but definitely not as good as the other 2. BttF, Part III was probably the weakest of them, because it focused more on the setting than the time travel elements, plus, it went a bit too far back.
