Corman321 07/25/18 11:36:14 AM #1:	I fully support both of these creators and understand how wrong it is to destroy their career over bad jokes written on the internet. There's been an outporing of support for Gunn, but not for Roseanne, at least among democrats. Roseanne made a joke about a woman's looks, and did not intend for it to be about race. James Gunn made a series of explicit jokes about pedophilia and rape, that are far more offensive than anything Roseanne has ever said, yet people are showing him their support. Clearly this wasn't about the joke. This is about Roseanne being a Trump supporter. People were looking to get rid of her because of that, and this is what they latched onto. Roseanne has always been a liberal, progressive woman, but her support of Trump suddenly made her "racist" in the eyes of liberals. She is not a racist. She made a bad joke about a politician that's in truth no different than Wanda Sykes saying Trump looks like an orangutan. The cast of Guardians is standing strong with James Gunn, as well they should.
