Fans would riot if they tried recasting Star Lord, Drax, ect, this far into the franchise. This isnt the 50s where All in the Family can casually replace a major actor. There would be major financial repercussions if they tried that crap.

There were rumors that at least part of the Guardians cast was going to be killed off at some point after Infinity War. If Disney really does have a stick that far up their asses they can have the script rewritten to pull it off earlier than people thought.

They could replace Dan Biresta with Dave Bautista. I don't think anyone will notice the difference.
