Usually when it's free fries it's like a Medium free

when its a free quarter pounder or mcdouble its with another one of the same kind

but yes Mcdonalds essentially giving free things + being able to order ahead of time and pickup wherever is nice

The $1 sandwich thing always says 'expires today' but I've used it three times this week. It's amazing. You can't stack coupons though, so you either want to use the sandwich one or the free fries or whatever. But the sandwich one is almost always the better deal.

There's the Quarter Pounder, which is good if you don't have enough time to go to a different restaurant and you just need to stuff something into your mouth hole because you need to clock back in at work in ten minutes.

Just tried it and I felt they were blindsided they had to get the manager to figure out how to do it

Also they were out of one of my items so they had to substitute it with a different one

I'm surprised you can use it once per day until September 30. Some people at slickdeals even said they used it once for lunch and once for dinner.

I feel like this is some kind of scheme for us all to use the app so they don't have to hire as many cashiers. Cool though.

It also gives them access to your phone information and direct notifications which are very valuable for advertising

They might still be around in some places but they died early this year. People lost interest in StreetPass largely because of the Switch and that is probably one reason why McDonald's removes them when they renovate restaurants (the relays stopped working here when the two I'd go to were remodeled).

Man, I had Five Guys for the first time a couple of months ago and it was such a disappointment. The fries were good (and they gave me like a million of them) but not only did the burger not live up to the hype, it wasn't anything notable by itself.

Best burger is Farmer Boys hands down. I'm not sure how widespread the franchise is, but the burger is huge and delicious, especially for its price. Their fries are a letdown admittedly.
