Tis just a light dusting on top yo. As it happens I used significantly less flour in the kneading process than people usually do. I didn't add any at all while kneading, and just kneaded for longer to get it to come together.

Doesn't have the ridges I'd expect to see in a dutch oven though, did you use something different?

Great tip I found out this time I mentioned in previous comment. Don't keep adding flour when kneading!
