Bare in mind, the UK had something like 0.5% growth in the same period. Uh, I think

I feel bad saying this, but having Trump in the White House might've been a good idea, at least, for the economy.

Everyone gets wrapped up around this one figure while ignoring the fact that the quality of life for the average American is circling the drain and literally only the wealthy are drawing any sort of benefit from this. The country as a whole doesn't get shit from this.

You really think so? You make it sound as if there's no taxation going on, and as if progressive taxation on income doesn't exist.

When you look into WHY, it's no longer so impressive. Experts estimate that as much as 0.6% of that was from the selloffs in preparation for tariffs.

So instead of thanks Trump, you should be saying Thanks soybeans.

Why do people like you try so hard to find why this is a bad thing?

It's NOT a bad thing, it's just not "historic, record breaking, unheard of" , or any other term used by Trump and his sycophants to describe it.

The tariffs are not a good thing, and we'll soon see why.

Where do tax dollars go to? Enforcing immigration laws and expanding the military-industrial complex?

At the very least, it's not being used in an efficient and meaningful manner.
