kateee 08/11/18 6:14:23 PM #167:	looked over the previous page and my take on the NR thing is that you are free to have conditions if you offer NRs but know that it will have less appeal to potential savers. so in a situation where you offer a conditional and someone else offers a regular NR, i know what i'm taking. barreldragon88 posted...
