I was at -4.25 left, -3.25 right

Now I'm -3.25 left, -2.50 right

Doc actually said he could have lowered it more but too much of a jump could cause eye strain.

I had chronic knees problems that went away on its own. I didn't seek medical attention or change my diet or anything, I just straightened up my walk until they healed up and all was good. I regularly carried over 50 pounds almost a mile at a time for years after and they were still good.

I once had a gray hair that spontaneously went back to my normal color and I haven't had any since.

The body does a good job of taking care of itself if you take care of it.

No, last 2 years my work changed where I'm not staring at a screen all day. Computer screens were destroying my vision.

Ive has glasses for 20 years and the years I wore my glasses every waking moment my vision always got worse or stayed the same. Once I started only wearing them when I needed them my vision has improved or stayed the same. I was so happy when I got the optometrist to make it so I dont need eye glasses to drive

I'm probably going to have really bad vision problems in the future. I'm crossing my fingers, hoping everything turns out alright. I'm already super sensitive to sunlight.

that sucks. I graduated college like -1.75/-1.25 and by the time i was 30 I was at -4.25/-3.25. Doctor at the time couldn't explain anything, just hoped it would stabilize and said it might be because of computer screens.

TBH my vision has gotten worse regardless of whether or not I've been wearing glasses

It's not related to age or diabetes.
My vision was simply going bad since I was in highschool. My parents couldn't afford laser eye surgery at the time, and when I got out of highschool/college. I never really did anything about it.
My eyesight at this point is so bad, that the eye doctor told me that surgery couldn't fix my eyesight.

I had the same thing going from working in radio and regularly being on a computer to getting back into construction. Like from close to needing glasses too drive to no issue at all.

Screens really strain the eyes.
