In fact, I'm betting that they still have a ton of kill shelters, where instead of keeping 90% of the animals, they euthanize them within the first 48 hours of capture. This is pointless faff, and PETA is garbage for calling this pointless tangent "progress" when they kill more animals than the competition, and are just generally fringe lunatics. --- But if I've come here to drown, I'm gonna take a few people down.
