Opening Ceremony starts at: 7am PDT / 9am CDT / 10am EDT / 2pm UTC For the past few years TPCi has done a small announcement during the opening ceremony for the World Championships: 2013 - Mega Kangaskhan 2014 - Mega Slowbro 2015 - Pokken WiiU 2016 - Crabrawler 2017 - Clangorous Soulblaze It is expected for them to reveal something related to Let's Go Pikachu/Eevee this time. Likely there will also be TCG and maybe more Pokken and Pokemon GO news as well. There wasn't a video game announcement this year. They announced some TCG stuff and stuff related to the Detective Pikachu live action movie.

Just shows you how much lackluster Let's GO are They have NOTHING new or interesting to show No new Pokemon (besides that one new Pokemon that I hope they will keep secret) no new forms, mechanics, items or whatever, NOTHING My excitment for this is basically zero, but it could have been at least something if there was anything new to look forward to New Mega Evolution, new "Alola Forms" and stuff like that Hell, I would kill for Magikarp to have the Patterns he has in Magikarp Jump But nope, nothing --- 3DS FC : 3411-1762-0066 ...
