This platinum is very easy. The original game had a bunch of multiplayer trophies that I never bothered to get, but the PS4 version just has the single player trophies and they are earned naturally in a single playthrough on Hard difficulty. Just had to disable vita chambers which anyone should do anyway if you want to game to have any semblance of challenge.

This game has aged much better than the first game. The gameplay is much faster and the plasmids are a lot more fun to use. The biggest problem that holds the game back is that the middle third of the game drags while the story stalls and those levels are not very interesting. But I think the finale is much stronger than that of the first game, which struggled after the big dramatic moment with Ryan.

The PS4 version comes with Minerva's Den and I am going to try that out next. I heard a lot of good things about it but did not ever get around to buying it for PS3.

Minerva's Den is pretty cool.

BioShock 2 is also pretty underrated I think. I like its Rapture more than the Rapture of 1. I just think it doesn't sell being a Big Daddy enough and it maybe resembles 1 too closely.
