i dunno.

my sugar consumption isnt that much, i dont have too much sweet treats or drinks, and i think most of my glucose come from rice and grains instead of sugar

i seldom have this sudden feeling of hunger, followed by weakness (centers around the torso and creeps around my whole body. it's like there is an energy sucking hole in my stomach) the frequency is around 1-2 times in a month or two and the severeness vary. i just had this strong one earlier, i almost feel like i am passing out in the shower after i got home from work. weird thing is i had some sweet treats earlier in the day (not much but still i think it was plenty sweet) when that happen, i basically i feel great hunger, weak, my hands trembling and in some prolonged case, i get cold sweats.

it become normal again after i got a meal.

@Coffeebeanz
anyone with some degree of medical knowledge, is it really just low blood sugar which i have to watch more my intake or something else ? should i go to a doctor?

Hypoglycemia in non-diabetics is extremely rare. Your liver can synthesize glucose from fat stores.

Type 2 diabetes does have some genetic predispositions. Type 1 (autoimmune) surprisingly doesn't seem to be as strongly correlated.

You've had insulin every day of your life.

In any case, there only way to find out is to test your blood sugar during an episode. You could have a doctor check your Hemoglobin A1C and tell you if you have diabetes.

What about my symptom? It feels like hypoglycemia, and like the articles said, it is gone when i eat something pretty quick. Like it is gone around 10 minutes after consuning something, usually when t is carbo filled
