Disneyworld

I love the aesthetics and the food. My equilibrium isnt what it used to be so I cant handle too much of the intense rides they have at places like six flags.

Closed forever, it was in New Jersey. Like 5 people died there from their rides. They had a fucking loop-de-loop waterslide. It was a joke answer.

Real answer though, Six Flags San Antonio is really fun. Short lines too if you're early in the season. For lesser known places, Dollywood in Tennessee is a pretty good park. One of their coasters involves fire.

Or as it was commonly known, Traction Park

"Action Park's 2,700-foot-long (820 m) alpine slide descended the mountain beneath one of the ski area's chairlifts, which provided guests access to the top of the slide. Riders sat on small sleds that had only a brake control stick, and rode down the slide in long chutes built into the slope. The ride, and more specifically the sleds, became notorious for causing injuries. The stick that was supposed to control the sled's speed in practice offered just two options on the infrequently maintained vehicles: extremely slow, and a speed described by one former employee as 'death awaits'. The chutes the sleds traveled in were made of concrete, fiberglass, and asbestos, which led to serious abrasions on riders who took even mild falls. The tendency of guests to ride in bathing suits made the problem worse. The path underneath the chairlift resulted in verbal harassment and spitting from passengers going up for their turn."

"The Super Go Karts allowed guests to drive around a small loop track at a speed of about 20 mph (32 km/h), controlled by the governor devices on the karts. However, park employees knew how to circumvent the governors by wedging tennis balls into them, and they were known to do so for guests. As a result, an otherwise standard small-engine kart ride became a opportunity to play bumper cars at 50 mph (80 km/h), and many injuries resulted from head-on collisions. Also, the kart's engines were poorly maintained and some riders were overcome by gasoline fumes as they drove."

"The LOLA Cars were miniature open-cockpit race cars on a longer track. Extra money was charged to drive them, and they, too, could be adjusted for speed by park employees, with similarly harmful consequences to riders. Former employees have said that, after park management briefly set up a microbrewery nearby, employees would break into the brewery, steal the beer, and then take the cars out and ride them on Route 94."

"The Super Speedboats were set up in a small pond, known by park staff to be heavily infested with snakes."

"Tall riders also often were unable to fit their legs on the small-sized Bumper Boats, resulting in them hanging off of the sides of the boats and being fractured during collisions"

"In the mid-1980s GAR built an enclosed water slide, not unusual for that time; in fact, the park already had several such slides. On this one, however, they decided to build a complete vertical loop at the end, similar to that of a roller coaster. The resulting slide, called the Cannonball Loop, was so intimidating, that employees have reported they were offered a hundred dollars to test it. The slide was opened for only one month in summer 1985 before it was closed at the order of the state's Advisory Board on Carnival Amusement Ride Safety, a highly unusual move at the time. One worker told a local newspaper that "there were too many bloody noses and back injuries" from riders, and it was widely rumored, and reported in Weird NJ, that some of the test dummies sent down before it opened had been dismembered and decapitated. A rider also reportedly got stuck at the top of the loop due to insufficient water pressure."

"Employees at the park used to like eating at a nearby snack bar with a good view of [Surf Hill], since it was almost guaranteed that they could see some serious injuries, lost bikini tops, or both."

I have epilepsy related migraines and nausea so I can't do rides with loops or anything without getting sick. But I like Universal cause the rides are fun without making me sick (I only had to skip two), and there's plenty of other stuff to do too besides coasters.

Really? I went to Disney for the first time in 2016 and I was underwhelmed as fuck. Especially since we planned our whole vacation around it, got a 4-day pass and everything. We didn't even go to the park the 4th day, we were so bored and sick of it by then. Everything was grossly overpriced, the aesthetics, which everyone raves about, were meh imo, and the rides were super disappointing and dated for the mostpart. We a lot more fun at Cedar Point and Universal, even though I only spent 1 and 2 days there, respectively. I'd say Universal was probably my favorite amusement park overall.

Purely for the rides, Cedar Point was the best Ive been to. For the atmosphere, Disney or Universal.

Disneyworld is easily the best theme park. Six Flags are okay but theyre like budget theme parks compared to DW.

Only been to Disney land. Otherwise, my state and county fairs aren't too shabby and a good balance of amount of rides and price. It's like a much more affordable Disney park within reason.
