I'm wondering that, too. I have an almost unplayed copy of FFXV lying around so it feels like a waste, but I'm not sure I want to play it with so much content missing.

So Royal Pack has all DLC released until this point, right? And the Royal Edition is the base game with the Royal Pack?

Royal Pack does not have all of the DLC released. The Royal Edition is the base game, the season pass, and the Royal Pack.

It said it contained "all current season pass content" and to me I was thinking a Season Pass included all important DLC but I guess not huh. The Royal Edition includes Episode Gladio, Prompto, and Ignis, as well as the Comrades multiplayer expansion, so yeah, it'd have everything there is to have thus far.
