The Hulk has had yonks to prepare for the fight. Not Bruce Banner mind you, just Hulk.

Meanwhile Batman is absolutely furious. He just found out his parents actually weren't dead this whole time and then they got hit by a car 5 minutes before he went to see them. Also the Riddler stole his sandwich.

Now suddenly they have to fight.



Who wins?

Hulk. He'd easily beat Batman to death, who in the end is merely a superpowerless human.

Batman defeated Hulk in the past, he can do it again.

There comes a point where martial arts skills and cleverness just cease to matter when your opponent is just too much of a powerhouse. Unless Batman is in a giant mech or can put Hulk to sleep with some sort of gas, he's getting ripped to shreds. Literally. The Hulk can punch his head off, easily. He can pick Bats up and squeeze him like an empty soda can.

Which iteration of Hulk are we talking about? Classic Hulk at least wouldn't win, Batman is smarter than him and fast. Other Hulks might be a different story.
