Erica suffered a FRACTURED SKULL and ruptured ear after she got into a fight with Chelsea at the BAR where they were having drinks there..

The duo got into a brawl after Erica thought Chelsea was hitting on her husband and confronted Chelsea about it and that's when Chelsea flipped her lid and shoved her to the ground.

She could face a YEAR in Jail or a fine no more than $500 smackers if found guilty

The duo were on air co-workers as it's obvious that neither will work together again and Chelsea will likely be let go.
