Episodes are few and far between now because he has kids and other weekly shows on his channels. While they're nowhere near his prime years in terms of quality, he still has some great ones every now and then.

He easily could have retired the show years ago but I think it's nice that he still wants to make them indefinitely when he gets the time and once in a while a new one pops up.

The recent episode I liked was the one about that cursed game that he couldn't show footage of cause it kills you or makes you crazy. That was actually good cinematography

Horror filmmaking has always been his number one passion. That Polybius video along with the Board James videos like Mr Bucket and Dreamphone demonstrate that. He recently announced his next major project will be a new horror film as well.

I watch from time to time. I was never really a fan but don't mind watching him.

I like James Rolfe a lot, AVGN or otherwise, but I don't really like Mike much (he's ok, just not entertaining enough to watch regularly), so since his channel became almost nothing but Mike I got tired of it and unsubbed.

his specials are really fun and creative
a lot of the lets plays are really dry and they curse way too much
like stuff you'd imagine two old guys doing in real life, not really worth watching honestly

I'm still subbed, but I don't like Mike at all. I literally just watch new AVGN episodes when they release, which isn't often at all.

I remember he went on hiatus for a very long time a couple years ago leading up to the release of the terrible movie, and then a couple months after that.

I just forgot he existed.

If he posts a new video, I'll tend to watch it. He's still pretty entertaining, and honestly I like him better now then when he was just leaning on random curse words in videos.

Yeah, he's still always saying something interesting about game history or just revisiting a game everyone knows about. The jokes usually never get me but the content is still decent

I haven't watched too many recent ones because they're mostly for games I was never curious about. I wonder if he finished with all the "classic" bad old games a while ago.

Never been much of a fan. Watched and enjoyed some of his game reviews, as well as some of his horror stuff.

Still watch a lot of his content. Pretty much anything he's in. Less so if it's just Mike and I avoid it like the plague if it's mike and ryan.

I'm sure Ryan's an okay guy but he's not entertaining at all.

I still do. The second a new episode is ever released, I'm on it. But I occasionally watch other content Cinemassacre puts out.

I guess I still do but I don't know why. I haven't really liked it much in years, the peak was like 07-10ish. At least I have started skipping some episodes instead of watching everything that comes out.

Also, Mike is not just an uninteresting entertainer, but a huge scumbag

He's still entertaining to watch as ever. :D
