Alucard188 09/02/18 1:51:46 PM #1:	Long story short, my roommate attempted to change his payment option on a pre-order of his to make sure that his credit card would work for Spider-Man when it released. Turns out Amazon didn't like that for whatever reason, so they just straight up canceled the entire order. A couple of hours of back and forth with customer service agents, and an elevation or two later to a supervisor, and they just straight up gave him a credit for the discounts that he would have had on that entire order - $70. He chose to have it apply to the item that was next to ship, which happened to be DQXI. So, Amazon is only charging me $5, and my roommate and I will settle balances with rent payments. Also, Amazon Prime sucks now, and shipping from them is a goddamn nightmare where I am. I still haven't got Shenmue 1+2 yet, and the game released on the 21st. They only shipped it on the 28th. Interestingly enough, Best Buy doesn't have that problem. It helps that there is a warehouse less than an hour from me, but still..
