I can't remember where I first learned on Blue Apron, but I do remember I could have gotten like the first couple free. As it turns out, they don't(or didn't. I have to check) deliver to where I live. But I wanted to know if anyone has actually used them before. Or know someone who has. Ad if it was good or not. Or pretty much anything about them, I guess...

I don't use Blue Apron but I do use Hello Fresh, it's slightly pricier per meal once you get past the promo period. My girlfriend and I have had like 15 different meals so far and there's been like 2 duds. Prep and cooking isn't too bad if you have half a brain stem. I recommend it if you want something different all the time and are tired of super processed foods

I haven't heard of that one. I may have to try it. How does the meal choosing things work? I only ask because I have an allergy and would have to make sure not to get anything I'm allergic to.

I found it to be fine. The meals aren't convoluted and taste well enough, but then again I like steak from IHOP so what do I know. They supply you with everyone but the basics (you'll need foil, salt, pepper, a cutting board, etc). In my 4-5 months of using them, the directions only lost me once. It's a little pricey imo, but really the biggest downside is that it doesn't come with an actual blue apron. The fuck is up with that?
