I often find myself looking at things before I was born and finding it strange that all this happened before I even existed and that one day I'll just be a skeleton in the ground while life continues on. Just as all those who have gone before us and being buried are. Of course I won't know of life once I cease to exist and won't care as there will be no me to care but still I find it fascinating and quite sad.

no. i've always been a live in the moment kinda person, so such thoughts are very brief. I find not being able to care what happens after I die to be a relief actually. its nice to know no matter how badly I fuck up in life or even how great I do, won't matter on the grander scale of life.

yeah i've actually been more weird ed out by existence itself if I actually decided to ponder it. because even if I where to accept there is a god, I can't wrap my mind around something not having a beginning. and if god had a beginning how did that happen?

No, I find it rather comforting. I imagine it would be quite distressing to have to be privy to, or even worse micromanage, every single thing that ever happens.

Whenever I try to think about existence itself and what the fuck any of this is for I get this weird pressure like feeling in my head, but it's not a headache. It's very strange and literally only happens when I contemplate that particular topic.

Makes me wonder if we live in some simulation that prevents us from thinking deeply. Or maybe I'm just stupid. \_()_/

Yes and no.

I have thought the same thing.

I believe "this" is not unlike the beginning of the movie Prometheus. And if you haven't seen that yet, you need to. I went into it not even knowing what franchise it was a part of, so imagine my shock and excitement at the lit. very end of the movie.

Here's my understanding on the subject.

There are two forces that exist: light and darkness. The physical realm, the universe, is smack in the middle. Before the creation of the universe, light and darkness were separate, but they crashed into each other and that was the big bang, and the beginning of the physical realm. The big bang is what created physical matter, which is comprised of both light and darkness, if you look at the atom. There is light and darkness in each physical object, including humans. The difference between the two is that light tends to ascend away from objects, while darkness descends towards them, as one can see when looking at stars and black holes. I also believe humans come from either the light or darkness realm; those who come from light are geared to ascend from their bodies and work for a higher calling, which is where God comes in; those who come from darkness tend to focus more on their own selves, bodies and flesh - all aspects of Satan. You mentioned that you were never alive before birth and will cease to exist after death, both are signs of a lack of faith. Your body is nothing more than a vessel that your soul has attached itself to, the reason you can't remember prior events is because you don't come from the physical realm, and the spiritual realm has no past or future - it merely exists. Past and future are nothing more than constructs, in a perfect world we would have no memories, we would live in harmony and live in the present only, eternally.

I find it weird when I learn of something that happened when I was around to experience it but I never did when it was new. For example, a few months ago, I discovered a YouTube video that was uploaded a year ago that revealed secret announcer voice files in the arcade version of Tekken 4, a game that came out around 2001. That arcade game was a part of my childhood and learning new things about it interests me even today.

Who discovered these unused files? Why did they come online about a year ago? And how did I come to learn about them a few months ago?

I sometimes think about the universe beyond Earth and everything that's not our planet. and how if skeptics are right about aliens and we are alone that how weird that is. just picturing that unimaginably vast amount of just...stuff out there. and there is nobody to interact with it or look at it or anything. it's just there...for no reason

Have you heard of the third eye? I believe it's possible for humans to see beyond what's in front of them, if they have a pure and clear mind. They do, however discourage people from developing this rare skill because it has a huge chance of driving you completely insane, plus you'd make a rather difficult person to control. The rich have launched a war to enslave the minds of the poor. Consumerism is an addiction and those who will not give in to the addiction need to be targeted, converted and if they won't submit, destroyed. The slavemasters will not tolerate woke minds.

It's easy to think the only things that actually exist to you are the things you actually get to see and experience. It's not logical and certainly is wrong but out of mind out of matter I suppose.

There's an experiment that involves 2 mirrors in a vacuum. Absent of any outside influence photons have been observed popping into and out of existence between the mirrors.
