I don't know how they do them in 6 and Kiwami 2, but in this when you come close to an object it slows down time and does a QTE and he performs various jumps and flips to avoid them

I can't immediately tell what the difference is between them though maybe one prioritizes offense over defense and vice-versa

Nagoshi was hyping up this announcement as "something truly different" so I can see people expecting something more along the lines of Binary Domain getting disappointed when it's just a Yakuza game with a different flavor. Still, I love Yakuza so I'm sure I'll love this!

Though this does make me wonder what's going on with Shin Yakuza. For all the assets this game is reusing it's still odd to see an entire extra game pushed out while we've still had no mention of Ichiban's big debut.

Cop Dramas and Yakuza dramas are totally a different TV genre in Japan.

The next most sensible TV genre would be to make a medical drama.

The red one is supposed to be better for 1v1 whereas the other is for groups
