Here's the label with the ingredients on the bottom right:



It's not a thick starchy liquid though. It just tastes like a very sweet fruit juice. It gives such an energy jolt.

I first found out about it in a martial arts camp. When you're just dead because you trained too much, this thing really keeps you going
