Call them.

They don't provide a phone number a lot of the time. Sometimes they do and I call and they never pick up. If they can't follow up normally on a conversation that they initiated themselves, why would I expect them to answer the phone for me?

I imagine what's going on is they're just shotgun recruiting, shoot first and ask questions later. They probably just send these messages out to everyone, then if they get enough people higher up on their list to respond they don't even bother keeping up with chumps like me on the bottom of the totem pole.

Beware the insurance company recruiters. I get bs form messages from Mutual of Omaha all the time.

Something similar happened to me out of college. I was signed up with two different temp agencies just to have a variety of job options and one of them called me and offered me a job. I said yes. They said they'd let me know when the paperwork was processed and when I needed to start. Never heard from them again about that job or for anything else. Then literally the same thing happened with the other place a couple weeks later. Nothing. And that was years ago.

Recruiters are generally awful. Plus people working HR tend to be disorganized idiots.
