I started it, kinda. Havent played past the tutorial where you draw your first character so I dont have more than cursory impressions. Looks nice enough but that file size is a hefty chuck of my phones storage.

I downloaded it. Initial impression is that the controls are pretty wonky, but I've hardly played it. Soundtrack is pretty good.

I got a 5* character on the initial roll so I guess that's cool. No idea which units are good or not

idk. I'll check it out. I'm already giving like Tales of Erin a try (already have a couple of 5 stars in like less than a day due to extreme luck). Because right now in Kings Raid, all I do is let nox sit and auto everything.

How does summoning work and what are the 5* rates?

I think it works like FE Heroes, where there are pity rates if you fail to get any 5*s per multipulls, then it goes up by .5%.

The thing is that instead of just characters, the 2% 5* rate is split between characters, dragons (which are characters you transform into), and wyrmprints (which are equips).

Summoning itself is the standard gacha fair, where it's either single pull or 10-pull.

How's the grind and summon rates in Tales of Erin? Kings Raid got to be too much for me and I switched to Knights Chronicle which has been quite generous, but they're not nearly as good with their communication

Idk. I've been playing for like less than a day. Like I just used the free gems they give you from events and codes and such and managed to pull a couple of 5 stars and a few 4/3s. The game seems to force you to grind pretty early though. Like late chapter 1 into early 2 I was forced to stop progressing and had to farm some upgrade stuff.

Just looking at the visuals this couldve been a neat non-gacha 3DS RPG, but I guess that wouldnt make as much money as this probably would. Rates and stuff aside the mobile market is literally flooded in a way that makes the Wii shovelware start to look like a puddle. Damn near every popular anime/manga series has its own mobile game and tons of other stuff is getting in on it too. Who even has the time or money for more than one or two of these things given how much it can take to get that 1 new character you want

Warrior brother gets trapped by magic and is saved by magician sister who he left behind at the castle to keep her safe, when in reality, she's probably stronger than he is.

More thoughts.

I've rerolled several times now, enough to statistically get a five star hero from x10 (have not).

The rates are really bad, but what's worse is that they don't have separate ones for items/heroes/dragons, etc.

Downloaded it on Day 1 but have yet to touch it. I barely have the capacity to care about one phone game (FGO) and that one's one of the best in the business. Very much doubt I'll end up playing this regularly but I'm curious to see how it handles control-wise at the very least.
