There were literally THOUSANDS of British Pounds worth of private property destroyed by vicious vandals. One crate of tea costs over 500 shillings and they just throw it overboard with no regard to the people who need to sell those crates to make a living. Those ungrateful scum never worked an honest job in their lives. Here we are trying to help them by making sure they're secure from Indian attacks with soldiers around every corner and they just throw it right back at us.

They don't want to make anything better. They just want to drag others down to their misery and free tea handouts.

Was it really corporate property though? I believe that was still when mercantilism was around, most companies in those days were just extensions of the crown.

Was it really corporate property though? I believe that was still when mercantilism was around, most companies in those days were just extensions of the crown.

John Company was basically the first "corporation"

They had a lot of special privilege from the monarchy but were more independent than others because they got so rich and so powerful.
