My first experience with this was the way your armor got upgraded as you leveled up in Gauntlet: Dark Legacy. Some games still care, like Diablo III for example, but Dragon Quest games keep you in the same stupid outfit all game! Im always wishing games had more accessories and a system where you get better stuff as you progress. YonicBoom 09/29/18 2:49:03 AM #3:	Zelda OoT was magical as a child because by the time you got the Zora Tunic, even though it didn't really do much to make Link better, something about finally ditching the green clothes felt like progress and power.
