I would never buy a single-player only FPS game. I enjoy multiplayer, but I still wouldn't get it, especially for 50. I expect people will really like it though.

Well.. it KINDA has one. The specialist in the game will each have their own story. There is no question that it will be half assed though. It's intresting though if you played Black Ops 3.

I didn't. They didn't think it was worth releasing on the Wii U.

It's pretty sad. I bought every Call of Duty release from 2005 - 2013, but after that, I couldn't. But I guess the series is past its peak now, which was probably MW3.

Really? I thought it was quite good, but MW1's campaign definitely wasn't my favourite. Maybe COD 2? It was pretty long, it was hard, and the plot didn't get in the way much. Only real weakness was there were only 3 graphical styles (although this was common for COD for a while).

COD 3 has such a boring campaign. It was too easy, the levels weren't much fun, and it was just kinda...bad. At least it was set during WW2 though, which I thought was generally a good setting for the series. I think I preferred it when it was in the past, and real war, rather than the present or future, and fictional wars. Plus, WW2 was the craziest war ever. Massive struggle for Europe, and the whole world.

Eh it was alright. The infinitely respawning enemy mechanic, lack of leaning, and linear level design made for a rather generic experience, though there were memorable moments obviously.

That was an excellent description of that MW1 level.

You know, it took me about 90 minutes on Normal Mode, but about 5 hours on Veteran Mode. One of the hardest levels I ever did in COD. The hardest was probably the missile silo level in the same game. I don't remember how long it took me in Normal Mode, but about 8 hours on Veteran Mode.

It's funny how COD used to be the Big Franchise, then AC took over. I'm not sure what is now, though. It might be Smash again soon, but having said that, it's not exactly a series with regular releases.

The reason why they dropped the single player was because the numvers showed that very little people actually play it. Or if they do, most didn't even finish it.
