Probably Los Angeles. Although from the outside looking in it seems very expensive, but LA is really like one huge black market, there is so many places where you can get cheap things and avoid the high cost of living.

It depends on how long the move is and whether I am single vs marries +/- kids.
If I'm married with kids then I'd pick San Jose, or greater san jose area like Cupertino, etc. It's got elite schools, very nice suburbs, plenty of things to do, easy travel to SF/Oakland, etc. If I'm single, then obviously I'd pick New York. Its impossible to not get laid in NY, even if ur ugly. My buddy and I were just casually partying there, went back to the hotel, got in our elevator to go back to the room and happened to be joined by a bunch of girls in the elevator who were swingers and about to have an orgy. Like literally, its something you see in a porno. He went into the room, I went back to my room since I was engaged at the time. Anyways, even as an engaged guy who was not trying, its so easy to hook up, its insane. If I'm married and dont have kids, then I'd consider SF if its a temporary move. Its funny cuz in reality thats exactly my life course.....before I was married I was in NY. Now that Im married without kids, I'm considering a temporary move to SF. Once we have kids we'll probably move to the suburbs of san jose. --- literally the pacers ... Copied to Clipboard!
