Overall, I like the remixer dBu the most in terms of consistency, but I've heard some amazing ones of strawberry crisis, infinite being and there is one of the dullahan girl from DDC that has air raid sirens in it that is fucking fantastic and is like 9 minutes long. Some of their songs were used in a rather recent fan game released on Steam called The Disappearance of Gensokyo. But that psychology gimmick is possibly the most clever character design in the series. I don't think "Youkai Polygraph" could ever be topped in terms of well-thought spell cards/phases. That game is too hard for me and I've never fought her or even unlocked extra, but holy shit that spell card is genius.
