No, Olivia is just a better character than video game Misty.

Based on just the games alone, Olivia is a better character since you only meet Misty once during the games where she appears in (during the gym battles against her). However, I have been factoring in the anime when it comes to voting in this contest and Misty has far more character development than Olivia in the anime.
