Lol is this what day time talk shows have become? And they go to a clip of Arianas fiance on SNL about his take on Kanye.
This guy talks about how Kanye is a musical genius like Joey Chestnut is a hot dog genius, but we dont go to him for political opinions. While slightly funny, in that case, why should we care what you or any other entertainer thinks or say?

I try to stay neutral about political stuff since i dont care and doesnt effect me directly, but so stupid.

I mean on that note people can't have it both ways. When LeBron James talks about politics OFF the court the same people who attack him and say "JUST STICK TO BOUNCING A BASKETBALL" are supporting Kanye and propping him up as a hero right now.

And before anyone says it its not 100% the same on "both sides"...Many on the "other side" are fine with Kanye giving his political opinion. They're just open to correcting him or calling him to if what he says is absurd...when he said "slavery was a choice" no one really said "JUST STICK TO MAKING MUSIC"...i saw more people try and correct him or educate him. No. That isn't what the post you quoted said at all. But what Kanye said isn't a matter of opinion. Its not a matter of political differences. Slavery was NOT a choice...I don't know how many more times that can be said. what he said wasn't a simple difference of opinion. it was an incorrect statement that people are correcting. And again, no one is telling him to "stick to music" like the same people supporting him currently told Lebron to "stick to basketball"...Why didn't you get upset back then? LeBron's statement was actually an opinion, but apparently he wasn't allowed to have that opinion because he plays basketball...Kanye though, he's allowed to make flat out incorrect statements without criticism for...some reason.

Technically, it is. Either be a slave, try to run away, die, fight, etc.

That doesn't mean its a "choice"..They weren't given an option. They were forced into it and if they attempted to run away from it (which many did) they would likely end up dead if they were caught...that isn't a fuckin "choice"...
