I'm noticing how much my coworkers have changed since Trump became president. People are a lot less happier and actually seem to have very low energy and now drive to really be productive.

Even in school my professors have began to take it easy on us by having us do take home tests and constantly extending deadlines.

Its very scary to see how the current political climate is affecting everyone in this country and most folks are unaware as to why they feel the way they do and why their energy levels and motivation is down.

As someone who loves people and is generally concerned, I would like folks to notice their moods and that they might be dealing with a mild form of depression, and do the things necessary to shake it because its a very crippling.

Until someone comes along who can unify the country again, we need to take conscious steps to bettering our emotional health. Times are stressful indeed, in spite of what side of the isle you're on, but we need to take active steps towards making ourselves happy again.

That won't be soon, too many bad apples on both sides and far too much profiteering. The best thing that can be done is to have a blanket ban on the far left and right and force the US to tow their party lines again although that wouldn't solve the profiteering issue in politics but would solve most of the division.

This division is unlike anything I've ever seen in this country before and politicians on both sides seem to be doubling down on their partisanship.
