so say i go out with a group of friends and i say "let's make a bet: over/under i make out with 9.5 girls tonight"

someone will inevitably say "lol how do you make out with half a girl...are you going to make out with a little person?! hahhahahahaha"

dumb ass....the entire point is that half isn't possible, so it forces you to take a hard stand at 9 or 10. if i said "over/under i make out with 9 girls", you can say "i think it will be exactly 9" and the bet will end there. or even if you pick over/under and i make out with exactly 9 girls, then no one wins the bet. using a half as the benchmark forces a decisive answer and result
