As expected I went 0-2 at my local Soul Calibur tournament (48 entrants, not bad), but I did much better than usual in Tekken. I think I got 4th out of about 30, so that was cool. I really needed that confidence booster too, since the last few tournaments I've gone to I've performed way worse than I would've liked. I even had some matches on stream:

the collector's edition does NOT include the season pass...what the fuck

the season pass is only 3 characters and 2 armor packs for $30...what the FUCK

That's most Collector's Editions these days my Dragon Ball fighterz collector's edition that came with the big Goku statue didn't come with the season pass

Our monthly tournament here added Soul Calibur 6 to the lineup, and it got 22 people. I didn't sign up for it, but that seemed like a decent turnout for that game, as that's the high end of what things normally get around here.

I did play Guilty Gear though, and got 3rd (I also entered a couple other games but shh let's not discuss those).

The deluxe edition is 100 bucks

So it's already more expensive than just the game+The sp.

so that means you're actually paying 10 bucks for the steel case and the soundtrack (and no fucking artbook)

BUT usually the appeal of the Deluxe edition is that its cheaper than buying the game+sp together, and try to entice you with the extra goodies.

So I think in their minds, they're actually thinking of this as the customer is paying an extra 20 for the fucking steelcase and cd.

This is seriously getting stupid

That's only the NA version. The EU version came with the season pass, but didn't get the art book, steelbook case or a physical soundtrack (you got a download code). Make your own mind up for who got the better deal

no. you can see items in the parts list that then require in game currency to unlock. i think there also are other pieces that are unlocked through the single player, but not sure what or how much
