I sleep very warm, so I only have a top sheet and I don't want to call it a comforter, because it's not, but it's not exactly a blanket per se. Whatever. It's thin. Then I have 1 pillow for my head and a memory foam pillow for betwenn my knees to keep my spine straight when I'm sleeping on my side. That's it.
