It's obvious the game wasn't compressed so they're making it sound bigger than it is, and even more obvious that the world is gonna be big and empty and completely pointless, this is post San Andreas Rockstar we're talking about, who no longer care about fun just stupid "realism" bullshit. That's probably why there were a few games that had 2 discs.
