I work at Panera Bread in Indianapolis making 11 an hour

They are going to give me a 25 cent pay increase, plus they want to eventually make me a trainer (meaning if we get a newbie I'm in charge of showing them the ropes) which would give me an additional 50 cent raise putting me at $11.75 an hour

The thing is though we also make tips which average at 50 cents an hour so my pay was already basically $11.50 an hour so my pay would basically be $12.15 an hour

not terrible imo

Seize the means of production so you can make all of $0 per hour when your Panera Bread turns into a Bread Line.
