How would this change how they look? Smaller muscles....anything else? Would their face look different and reflect that there was never a force pushing down on them? Would their nostrils be more bulbous and flappy looking?

I have no idea if there was a basis in reality or science for it

But I remember in Phantom: 2040 that the people who spent their lives in space grew to be like a foot taller than normal and were like super pale and thin.
