I'm 6'4", which I don't think is super uncommon, but I couldn't fold my legs into the flume no matter what I did. I assume riding with your legs up might not be uncommon but we were pretty pressed for time at Islands of Adventure as it was. You're supposed to just straddle the seat and then have your knees sticking up. It's a little awkward, yeah. But when you get in, you're fine. Rip Ride and Rocket is up there with Hulk though in my opinion.
