Generally, that realization is when people tend to ask themselves if their views are as non-toxic as they have considered them to be. Can you at least acknowledge that he was a trump supporter and that the incidents were not of the false flag variety? If you can admit you were incorrect, I would be satisfied and wouldn't press for any additional views that are against the ToU.

At the risk of taking a moderation, it's my opinion that the maga bomber is a false flag operation.

The bombs did not nor could they detonate, no targets were ever placed in danger, and the victims, as it were, were for the most part actors who are not currently involved in running for office but heavy in the public eye.

Considering the timing it seems strange.

Any bomb found, capable or not of exploding, will likely be considered dangerous until a thorough investigation takes place.

As for who is orchestrating it, that's a good question. I'm afraid I don't have an answer. Soros? The DNC? A rogue Antifa agent who just thought he might be helping the party? I feel like the third answer can largely be crossed off now that Sayoc is in custody. He's laughably "alt-right," and his van looks almost comically put together, but assuming it was some kind of false flag, he'd have to have been paid off.

By shooting, are you referring to the Synagogue Shootings? If so, I don't think they're a false flag at all. I think it's a terrible tragedy.

The key difference between the Synagogue Shootings and the MAGAbomber event is that people died. 11 people were killed who wanted nothing more than to go to Temple. Do we take the idea at face value that the shooter was just some angry lunatic who hated Jews? I don't know. Is there more to the story? We'll see, but he still has 11 bodies to his name. No matter what, this falls into a very different class than the MAGAbomber.

And for the record, had any of those bombs exploded, I'd also be looking at that event very differently. But when your tactic appears on its head strictly to instill fear, a lot of new factors come into play.

US Navy Explosive Ordnance Disposal teams, for example, will investigate any unidentified object as a potential explosive device when they are alerted to its discovery and requested to examine it. There is too much risk involved to not treat it as a hazard. That does not mean that these devices actually are dangerous, and the majority of them tend to not be.

Hogan and Baker are both doing well with black voters from what I understand

As governors of liberal states they have much more political leeway than most national names do though.

Actually I think my governor (Asa Hutchinson, Arkansas) did well with black voters, too

I don't like to really speak in absolutes because anything is possible.
I think it's entirely possible there is no false flag, but I also think it's very likely and I want to explore that possibility based on my own assessments of a situation.

I think Democrats have been on a campaign for the past few months to smear the Republican administration in any way possible, which isn't new.
Republicans did the same when Obama was in office.

But starting with Kavanaugh and continuing through the migrant caravan and mail schemes, it all seems very strangely orchestrated.

Is it just a super busy month? Maybe. But it also happens to be right in the lead up to mid terms. Correlation does not equal causation, but our country is no stranger to espionage.

In the '60s the government crafted a plot to bomb an American city and pin blame on the Cubans. It was never actualized, but in a world where our government will consider the idea of going as far as killing American citizens to sell an ideal, I'm also willing to believe plots many steps down from that are possible.

It's really upsetting to me that I was unable to resist the urge to believe you were better than this. It makes me doubt my abilities as a judge of character and that is highly unsettling. I'm sorry about the assault you mentioned in your moderated topic. I wasn't able to address or respond to that post at the time. I had something honest and lengthy typed up as a response but the topic was gone by the time I went to post it. I obviously can't know how such an experience would affect me on a personal level as I have not experienced it, but based on your post about it, I can't help but perceive that you have since outwardly focused a great deal of energy on partisan ideologies that you had previously mostly internalized, as last year I had no expectation that you would post anything like you have in this topic and the moderated one in spite of the fact that you yourself have said you became more right-oriented since experiencing antifa-related shenanigans in 2015/2016, prior to TES4. You also said we weren't going convince each other of anything, which is true. What you've been saying lately however makes it seem like you're speaking from beyond a point of no return. I wish that was not the case, and I would offer time and energy to try and help if you wanted me to, but I feel like you are set in your views beyond what I could ever seek to offer guidance with.

Gamefaqs isn't as liberal as you condemn it for being. I see more cards than I play. In the end, I hope you find peace. Maybe you already have.
