I knew Shadow would drop the ball and then we saw a Nintendo resurgence when the Contest started so I knew Ness had it in the bag after that! Knuckles almost never loses in the first round paid off again, and today Tails is giving Nathan Drake the business!

Me.

Shadow was not in Sonic Mania and is not as highly regarded a nostalgia character as Knuckles/Tails. Especially since edgey = antivotes in modern GameFAQs voters mind (hello Vincent)

I got Knuckles, but missed Shadow and Tails. Shadow, I need to get over the 45% on Mario thing (15 years ago...). Tails, I just remembered his very lackluster contest history and didn't remember how weak Nathan Drake is.

So far I only got Shadow wrong. Not sure if he's weaker than I thought or Ness is stronger. Either way gonna anti vote Ness next round because Earthbound is trash
