Jesus christ Sanctuary cities arent havens for criminals. Its just that the city itself doesnt waste resources enforcing immigration policies. Immigrants who break the law still get deported. The idea is that immigrants shouldnt fear living in the city so that they are more likely to report crimes, register for schools, and not have the fear of having their family broken up for trying to get means to legal immigration. --- The night brims with defiled scum,and is permeated by their rotten stench.
