dioxxys 11/13/18 11:35:41 PM #59:	The hip fire is useful for two things one is setting off the dynamite easier and you want to hit at least one hipfire shot on 200 Health targets which have been hit by Dynamite so that you get the kill. Secondly, you can shoot precisely 3 hipfire shots before they become inaccurate. She's fun but I'm already terrible with Widow and McCree, and like those characters, you have to have pretty good aim to be really effective. He does put out a lot of damage but he can be taken down fairly easily and he only stays on the field for so long. He's also effected by pretty much every status.
