For starters, they'd need to release it on PC, PS4 or Android. And none of this bullshit stripped-down Pokemon Go shit, I mean a proper Pokemon game on one of those platforms.

Either that, or Switch would need to get enough other games that are of interest to me that I'm convinced to get one, because I wouldn't get it just for Pokemon (but possibly would get a proper main series Pokemon game on it if I already had the console anyway).

After X (which I really enjoyed) I felt burnt out with Pokemon. Watching the recent anime marathon on Twitch made me think how great it would be if you could have the rpg style gameplay, but with anime style battles.

Make the Breath of The Wild version of Pokemon. None of this same fucking game it's been for like 20 years. No more random battles, turn based, boring ass world with no exploration.

Make the game we all imagined Pokemon would be today, not this copy-pasted half assed shit that never changes.

Yeah. You're not wrong. It also affects who will play it though. I doubt I'll ever be buying another Nintendo console, so it's not even an option for me.

I somewhat agree. Not sure if we need to change the core gameplay (that is to say, the turn based battles) but an open world Pokemon game would be incredible.

Sadly it will never happen because GameFreak hates change.
