The Father of an Iowa Teen BOY who was RAPED and ROBBED by 4 of his FRIENDS is now Suing them AND their PARENTS!!

The lawsuit only identified as John Doe is accusing Noah Lamar, Kaden Dishman, Ritter Stahlbaum and Morgan Hough of maliciously assaulting his son in September 2017.

His son was 15 at the time and occurred at Morgan's House.

The boy's father is suing the parents because they failed to supervise the teens and allowed them to drink alcohol and they were liable for their actions.

2 of their parents have denied the accusations and asked the judge to dismiss the action.

The 4 kids were arrested at Johnston High School as Noah, who was 15 plead guilty to first degree robbery and Kaden who was also 15 plead guilty to aiding and abetting willful injury causing bodily injury

Both will be sentenced to adult court when they turn 18 as Morgan who was 18 at the time and Ritter who was 17 will go to trial...

They are facing charges of sexual abuse, robbery, felony assault by penetration with an object as Morgan is pleading "not guilty"

The PARENTS of the 2 teens in court said the victim CONSENTED to illegal drinking and wrestling with their sons and knowing there was a possibility of getting hurt and that HE was the one who brought the alcohol.

The victim was choked, urinated on and sodomized while he was UNCONSCIOUS at the party as the victim's father said the assault has left his son with serious, painful and permanent injuries..

His credit card was also stolen and used for online video games and McDonald's
