I think this was one of the few matches that actually benefited from the 2x vote rule for GameFAQs accounts, due to PW's following here at the very least

Not even mad that I got it wrong; Phoenix is a better character and my bracket's been dead for awhile now.

It's actually the very first match where the double votes flipped the result, although Ike would have barely won and B8 probably would've done extra work to help Phoenix pull it out.
