yes, but you can tell how they are supposed to be rated like by the way the company portrayed them.

Why is Goldberg at the top? Even when I was young and still watched that shit, I could recognize he wasn't very skilled and had a limited moveset. Plus he'd injure people with his botched kicks

because he dominated like no others, you can put him in a handicap match with randy and batista, and he would still somehow win the match. he was just that powerful and dominant. prime stone cold couldn't even beat hhh and mankind in a triple threat, let alone a handicap, and let taker and kane killed him so much in that handicap, goldberg would of at least fight back like to destroy one of them.

yup, cause bret hart wasn't that nice of a wrestler, in 96 when taker was rated like a 95.4 just like 2003 brock, he dominated hart in most of the matches, he was about to win the match if diesel didn't interfere. notice, he walked out so powerfully chasinq him like he didn't sweat at all in that match, just like brock walked out on roman. close matches are matches that both wrestlers were very tired at the end and can't get up to their feet without some moments, those are the matches that counted as both wrestlers level were close. taker also dominated both bret and shawn in their triple threat match, had there had no outside interference, taker would of pinned either bret or shawn dominantly based on how he dominated the both of them. shawn is overrated based on most of his matches were controversy win, meaning he either cheated with a low blow, or outside interference or somethinq that helped him. ken killed bret badly in his prime, he made him tap, but the ref was out cold, if he was there to count, ken would walk out without a sweat. like how he dominated and stand tall in front of both shawn and bret, and he did that face to face without help or cheating, ministry taker defeated ken in his prime, but he was tired at the end.
