People who run are stupid. Really really really really stupid.

Like there is no words for how stupid running is.

So many better, safer, healthier alternatives.

Olyptical, swimming, stair climbers, inclined treadmills, bikes, like this list goes on for a while.

Yet they still run even though they know it is going to make it so they lose the ability to walk, sit up, lift things, bend over, even have sex. For the last 20 years of their life.

I lift/run, but there are a lot of days where after a stressful day of work I want to do nothing but watch tv. And there have been some of those days where I force myself to go to the gym and my lifts absolutely suck so it's pretty much a waste.

That's why I lift in the morning.

The day has zero impact on my lifts/exercise

lifting weights is so monotonous and boring and the feeling I get from it is one of complete annoyance, I simply don't want to do it - yet everyone keeps saying "oh, you're just not doing it right" or "the results will MAKE you want to workout"

no, neither of those things are correct

I lift five days a week and run four and I'm super pro single payer. Too many people avoid getting minor issues checked out early and they grow into major, expensive, complicated problems.

An ounce of prevention, pound of cure and all that.

Honest question, why do you come into virtually every topic about lifting, try to put others down about their physical appearance, and claim you've got a great physique.

Like, I don't even doubt that you're telling the truth about your own physique/ work out regimen, tbh I really don't care, I just don't see why you randomly feel the need to come in and insult others practically every time out of the blue and then try to prop yourself up. It just seems insecure.
