Four grad schools, and about a dozen jobs so far.

why are you applying for grad school if you were seriously considering quitting school in your last year

tbh, not sure what you want us to say. I personally don't know about your circumstances

I think a lot people consider quitting school at some point. Then they reassess and are back to the grind.

Congrats on graduating! Try not to get discouraged, a big part of success is to just keep trying

I feel like I should study for the GRE but I also feel there's not much I can really get done in ten days.

Memorize the top 500 GRE vocab words. Easy enough and will drastically improve your score. Also some practice tests. The GRE math section isn't hard at all, just tricky. Once you do a couple practice tests you'll realize the patterns and such.

I agree about the GRE. Do some practice tests so you are familiar with how exactly it all works and feels and with the pacing before the actual test that counts. It will also give a good sense of what content is on it and what you might need to brush up on. Also, as OliviaTremor said, study up on the vocabulary. Find words in the practice material you are unsure about, put them in a list, look them up, and review them.
